Position Title: Technical Recruiter
Athreya Inc, a provider of Information Technology Consulting and Solutions located in New Brunswick, NJ is Looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to become part of a progressive, growing company with 10+ years of proven industry success. Job responsibilities include full cycle of recruiting – sourcing, matching, submissions, initial and final negotiations, interview follow-ups, placement, post placement support. The right candidate will be a self-starter with good computer and communication skills, have experience using various job boards and social media effectively, be able to source candidates for various technologies, and develop and maintain a pipeline of active candidates in select technologies. Experience using application tracking software a plus. A minimum of 1 year experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary based on experience plus commissions.
