Position Title: Sr. Java/J2EE Developer

Our client is currently seeking 2 experienced Java/J2EE Developers to join their team. This is a 7 month contract with a large financial services company in San Antonio.

Skills Required:

  • 6+ years experience with Java/J2EE.
  • Experience working in a Websphere environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with Struts framework.
  • Knowledge and experience in Client Side Programming (i.e. JavaScript, Ajax, etc) is huge plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Client Side Programming (i.e. JavaScript, Ajax, etc) is huge plus
  • Working experience in IBM Websphere environment is huge plus
  • Knowledge of advanced IBM technologies is plus (MQ, Message Brokers, etc)
  • Unified Software Development process
  • WebServices
  • Knowledge of security (WebServices, Role Based, etc) is huge plus
  • EJBs
  • XML
  • JAAS knowledge is plus
  • SQL
  • Rational Rose
