SAP Plant Maintenance and Maximo EAM Interface Tool
With a view to enhancing our value to clients using IBM Maximo for Enterprise Asset Management, we have identified the need for a single integration tool, usually known as an adapter, for the SAP Plant Maintenance and IBM Maximo.
Our team is currently in the process of building this integration tool using SAP Netweaver and XI/PI to integrate the functionalities of Maximo into the SAP ERP system.
The integration is being performed using SAP PI/XI on the SAP Netweaver platform and will be used as a service offering for existing and future clients.
Our product (software) will provide an easy plug-in solution to SAP and IBM Maximo.
This integration tool will:
Facilitate data exchange between Maximo and external applications or systems in a real-time mode. (Data is exchanged via interfaces, each of which acts as a communication channel between the external system and one or more integration points – points of data exchange – in Maximo).
